It is a much simpler proposition than the grand waterfront names, which is exactly the appeal. You pay for the Cap, quiet and pool, not for a ballroom you will cross once.
A human-scale address that lets you stay on the Cap without turning the trip into a palace competition.
Why we keep it
With only 26 rooms, the atmosphere is closer to a large house than a resort.
The pool and garden make the quiet hours of the day genuinely useful, especially in summer once you have accepted that between 1pm and 4pm the sun has nothing left to prove.
Who it suits
- You want a smaller, quieter hotel.
- A pool matters but a private beach is not essential.
- You want a somewhat saner price point on the Cap.
