Mauro Colagreco’s three-star restaurant builds its cooking around its gardens, with five hectares described as biodynamic and permaculture. It is a gastronomic destination in itself, not somewhere you choose because it happens to be on the way.

Open Tuesday to Sunday during summer 2026 according to the official site. Reservations are released in stages. Plan ahead. For once, really.

Mauro Colagreco’s family-style restaurant revolves around the Argentinian grill and asado, overlooking the Mediterranean and Menton old town. More relaxed, without becoming careless.
